What is in place
- full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator;
- a skip-to-content link at the top of every page;
- minimum touch target size of 44 by 44 pixels on mobile devices;
- text contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA requirements;
- alternative texts for images and a semantic heading structure;
- respect for the system reduced-motion setting (prefers-reduced-motion);
- full page content available without JavaScript (clean server-side HTML).
Known limitations
- the Google map on warehouse pages loads only after a click (a deliberate privacy decision); address details are always available as text;
- downloadable PDF files (e.g. the OWSU) may not be fully accessible to screen readers; on request we will provide the content in another form.
