Trade fair logistics across Europe
Europe is a dense network of exhibition venues where build-up and dismantling slots cannot be moved. We handle stands at the continent's largest arenas, including Messe Frankfurt, Koelnmesse in Cologne, Messe Düsseldorf, Deutsche Messe in Hanover, Messe München in Munich, Messe Berlin, Fiera Milano in Milan and IFEMA in Madrid. We deliver stand construction and exhibits with a booked time slot to the hall gate, arrive for assembly at the scheduled window, store empty packaging while the event runs and return for the exhibits right after dismantling. We provide assembly crews and coordinate several events in parallel, so the schedule of one fair never collides with another.
Within the EU, Union goods travel without customs clearance, so timing precision and slot booking matter most. It works differently on routes outside the customs union, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, where exhibits require temporary admission or an ATA carnet and re-export once the fair closes. We serve both intra-EU and non-EU directions, and we close the customs formalities so the stand arrives and returns without downtime. How far ahead to plan it
For big EU fairs start 3-4 weeks ahead: even without customs, entry slots at venues like Messe Frankfurt are limited and fill up fast.
