How do we carry to fairs in the United Kingdom?
To UK fairs we carry stands and goods with full post-Brexit customs: we prepare the ATA carnet for temporary export, the Dover-Calais crossing or the Eurotunnel, and a buffer in the Milton Keynes warehouse. To the venue, for example ExCeL or the NEC, we deliver by a smaller vehicle exactly in the build-up window.
We also run local UK deliveries (from our Milton Keynes warehouse) and Ireland–UK lanes both ways. Irish-side formalities go through our agency in Ireland whenever the procedures require it.

Exhibition logistics in the United Kingdom: from the border to a finished stand
After Brexit the United Kingdom sits outside the EU customs union, so every shipment of stand construction and exhibits for a trade fair needs border handling. Exhibits travelling for the duration of the event are cleared under temporary admission or on an ATA carnet, with a planned re-export after dismantling. At the border the GVMS system applies with a GMR reference, we prepare the customs declarations, and the crossing itself runs by ferry or the Eurotunnel. This keeps the cargo from getting stuck at the terminal and gives you the certainty that your stand reaches ExCeL London, NEC Birmingham, Olympia London or Farnborough International on the organiser's schedule. We handle the customs formalities so that the equipment going in and coming out is settled without risk to your budget or your deadline. OTSL does not stop at the border. We deliver the stand construction and exhibits with a booked time slot, so the build crew finds the cargo on site and finishes assembly before the doors open. We take the empty packaging and crates into storage for the run of the show, and once it ends we return after dismantling to collect the stand. We also arrange transport for the build crews and local deliveries from our warehouse in Milton Keynes, which shortens the reaction time for reorders and last-minute changes on the show floor. How far ahead to plan it
For the UK start 4-6 weeks ahead: the ATA carnet and customs take time, and slots at big venues like ExCeL or the NEC fill up. The sooner we know the date and the rules, the safer the on-time build-up.
