The otsl.pl website presents the activity of OTSL Sp. z o.o. and provides a means of contact. Its content is informational and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

The content, graphics, marks and materials on the website belong to OTSL Sp. z o.o. or are used under appropriate rights. Copying and use without consent is not permitted.
Forwarding and carriage services
The provision of services is governed by the General Terms for the Provision of Forwarding and Carriage Services (OWSU). Contact with the company is made via the form available on the website.
Nature of the content and exclusion of liability
The content published on the website, including the knowledge base, articles, guides, tables, lists and downloadable files, is for information and practical purposes only. It does not constitute legal, customs, tax or any other professional advice and may not be the sole basis for a decision. Regulations, procedures and official lists (for example ENS/ICS2 lists, customs tariffs, border requirements) change; the current legal status and the communications of the competent authorities are always binding. Before taking any action the user is obliged to verify the current state in official sources. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OTSL accepts no liability for any damage arising from reliance on the content or files provided on the website without checking that they are up to date as at the date of the action. Technical requirements and rules of use
To use the site you need a device with internet access and a current browser. The full content of the pages works without JavaScript; scripts only drive optional elements: animations, search and the click-to-load map. The contact form requires session cookies to be enabled.
Services provided electronically cover: browsing the site content, searching the knowledge base and sending an enquiry through the contact form. The agreement on electronic services is concluded when you open the site and ends when you leave it, and for the form when the enquiry is sent and the correspondence is closed. Use of the site is free of charge.
Users must not supply unlawful content, including content that infringes third-party rights, is misleading, contains malicious software or serves to distribute unsolicited commercial information.
Complaints about the website
A complaint about the operation of the site or about electronically supplied services can be filed through the contact form or at our registered office address. It should describe the problem and give contact details. We reply within 14 days of receipt. Complaints about freight forwarding and carriage services are handled under the OWSU and the CMR Convention.
