This page explains how OTSL uses artificial intelligence when building the otsl.pl website. Some images and text drafts are produced with AI tools, always under our team's editorial control. We publish this notice in line with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), which applies from 2 August 2026.
Where we use AI
AI supports us in two areas: illustrative images (article covers, logistics scenes, service illustrations) and first drafts and translations of text into English and German. We do not use AI to make decisions about clients or to process the personal data of site visitors.
AI-generated images
The photorealistic images on this site are created by AI tools. We mark them with a visible „AI image” label placed directly on the picture: in page banners, on article covers (including lists and tiles), in warehouse galleries, on „before and after” comparisons and on market tiles. Purely graphic elements that do not imitate a photograph carry no label: icons, flags, vector maps and background textures. The images are illustrative: they do not present specific real buildings, vehicles, people or events as authentic, and they carry no third-party trademarks. Where an image accompanies a description of a real place, for example a fairground or one of our warehouses, it is a visualisation of the service, not a photograph of that facility. We do not publish AI-generated likenesses of real people. Where a provider tool marks a file with a watermark or metadata (for example a provenance signal), we do not remove it.
Link previews outside this site
When someone shares a link to our site in a messenger or on a social platform, that platform renders the thumbnail its own way and our label may not be visible on it. Outside our own site we have no control over how the image is displayed. The status of every image is described on this page, which the label next to each image links to.
Text content
Articles and service descriptions are produced with AI, but every text passes human editorial review before publication. Editorial responsibility for the content rests with OTSL Sp. z o.o. We verify facts and do not present unconfirmed information as certain. Legal, customs and carriage content is based on sources; where we do not know something, we say so plainly.
No AI chatbot
The site runs no AI chatbot or voice assistant. You reach us through the contact form and members of our team, that is, through a human.
Legal basis
The transparency obligations follow from Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the AI Act). They apply from 2 August 2026. In Poland, AI systems are supervised by the Commission for the Development and Security of Artificial Intelligence, established under the Act of 3 July 2026 on artificial intelligence systems.
