Working at OTSL: international freight forwarder and Poland–England driver

OTSL is an international freight forwarder from Kielce, Poland: road transport, our own customs agencies in Poland and the UK, a warehouse in Milton Keynes. We are looking for international freight forwarders, remote or on site in Kielce, and HGV drivers for the Poland–England route. We publish neither adverts nor pay rates: you write, we talk, we agree. You receive information on the proposed salary before the first conversation.

How do I get in touch about working at OTSL?

Use the contact form at the bottom of this page with the topic "Careers", or email us. State the role, your experience and the working mode (remote or Kielce); as a driver, the years you have driven to England. We call you back, we talk, then we meet in Kielce or online. Please send your CV by email after the first contact: there is no file upload on the site.

Who we are looking for: international freight forwarder

We look for people who like forwarding and want to run a job from start to finish: they solve problems instead of passing them on, think beyond the template and work independently. Experience in international forwarding is a condition.

What we expect

  • Experience in international road freight forwarding (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with logistics platforms: Trans.eu, TimoCom, Teleroute, booking-in portals, GVMS/CDS on the UK side.
  • Your own client base is welcome.
  • Working mode: remote or on site in Kielce, your choice.
  • Independence in running your own clients: you take the decisions on a job yourself instead of passing the case on.
One job is run by one person, from the quote through the vehicle and customs to the proof of delivery. If you prefer to "pass it on", this is not the place for you.

Who we are looking for: Poland–England curtainsider driver

Curtainsider semi-trailers, base in Kielce, Poland–UK route via Dunkirk–Dover. Experience driving to England is required: without it we do not start the conversation, because the port, GVMS and the trailer check are the everyday reality of this job, not the exception.

What the office does

  • Ferry booking Dunkirk–Dover.
  • GMR in GVMS plus ELO/ENS: the full set of border documents.
  • Dispatch 24/7: there is someone to talk to at night and at weekends.

What the driver does

  • Trailer check before the port against the checklist (clandestine entrants).
  • Full set of documents from the office on board, checked before entering the port.
  • Seals: fitted, recorded, intact.
The office does the border paperwork. You are responsible for the trailer, the seal and the checklist before the port.

How we work

  • No freight exchanges: we do not buy loads on exchanges and we do not bid on rates.
  • One contact per job: the same person from the quote to the proof of delivery.
  • 24/7 as a team, not as a one-person night desk.
  • Lanes: the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; Ireland and Norway are growing.
  • Back office: our own customs agencies in Poland and the UK, warehouses in Milton Keynes, Kielce and Legnica.
  • Carrier liability insurance (OCP) of EUR 1 million and CARGO cover for high-value goods.

What you will not find here

  • Bidding on rates on a freight exchange.
  • A one-person night "duty desk".
  • Handing the customer from one department to another.

Why we do not buy loads on exchanges
