What we do in the warehouse

Hands-on work on the goods, with a clear note on where we do it. UV inspections and UK returns handling run at Milton Keynes; transloading and consolidation happen at Kielce and Legnica.

Goods come off one trailer and go straight onto the next, with no long storage in between. Several deliveries merge into one run; one run splits across routes.

What does repacking at an OTSL warehouse cover?

Repack means changing outer packaging, re-palletising, labelling, quantity checks and preparing the load for the consignee or retail chain. We do it in Milton Keynes and at the bases in Kielce and Legnica before the goods move on, without needless transhipment along the way.

Does the warehouse keep temperature control?

Yes. In Milton Keynes we store and handle goods under controlled temperature, with a record for sensitive loads including food. The temperature regime is held from intake, through storage, to loading for onward transport, so the cold chain is never broken.

From a few days to contract storage. We set the term and conditions (temperature, food-safe, a separate zone) to the type of goods.

Yes. We document condition at intake and release, and for pallet work (repacking, inspection) we add a photo report.
