How do we run fair transport to the Netherlands?
We deliver the stand and exhibits for the agreed build-up slot, then collect them after the event. Before arrival we confirm the booking-in, because the halls admit vehicles in assigned slots and a late arrival means waiting out of turn. Step by step
- Slot booking. You agree an exact booking-in time with the fair organizer for entry to the hall.
- Cargo preparation. You pack the stand elements and exhibits, securing them safely for transport.
- Loading and departure. We collect the goods from your warehouse and begin the journey to the Netherlands.
- Delivery to the stand. The driver arrives at the exhibition hall strictly within the scheduled build-up slot.
- Collection after breakdown. We position the vehicle once the event ends and transport the equipment back.
