Amazon UK deliveries (FBA and FBM) are the organised transport of goods from Poland and Europe into Amazon fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom, together with post-Brexit customs, slot booking, labels and pallet prep for acceptance. The service is for e-commerce sellers who want to replenish their Amazon stock without the risk of a truck being turned away at the dock.
What it covers
- Transport from Poland and Europe to UK FBA centres (full loads FTL and groupage LTL).
- Delivery window booking against the shipment ID and delivery reference from Seller Central.
- Export clearance in the EU and import clearance in the UK under GOV.UK rules, with a GB EORI number.
- Preparing and checking labels: FNSKU on units, carton labels, pallet labels and the shipment ID.
- Palletisation to Amazon requirements: height, wrapping, stability, no overhang, labels on two sides.
- Ferry booking and GVMS submission for the Channel crossing.
- Buffer warehouses in Kielce, Legnica and Milton Keynes for consolidation, repacking and holding.
- Plan B on a rejected delivery: holding in our UK warehouse, fixing pallets or labels and re-booking.
How we do it
We start from the Seller Central data: the shipment ID, carton list, weights and pallet dimensions, and the booked delivery window. From this we assign the fleet (our own tractor units) and plan the route so the truck is at the dock in the assigned slot, because FBA centres account for arrival time to the hour.
In parallel we run customs: export on the EU side and import in the UK, with tariff classification and a full set of documents. We verify labels and pallet build before the goods move, so it does not turn out at the dock that an FNSKU is missing or a pallet exceeds the allowed height. Ferry booking and the GVMS submission close out the crossing.
If something goes wrong on the Amazon side (a shifted slot, a shipment correction), the goods go into our buffer warehouse in Milton Keynes instead of circling around the UK. From there we fix the paperwork and re-book.
Limits of the service (what it does NOT cover / what to know)
Acceptance requirements are set solely by Amazon in Seller Central and can change: the seller is responsible for correct shipment data, product category and FNSKU labels; we verify and carry them, but we do not open the account or manage the listings. We do not sell, we are not responsible for the seller UK VAT settlement, nor for the storage limits (IPI) imposed by Amazon. The stakes are high: with a wrong label, an over-height pallet or a missed slot, the FBA centre turns the truck away, the seller loses the delivery window, pays for the wait and a second run, and the stock generates no sales for weeks. That is why we check labels and pallets before departure, not at the warehouse gate.
